On the 4-th of December a major event for employers of Ukraine – «HR-brand Ukraine-2018» awards ceremony was held in Kiev.
The goal of this award is to select, evaluate and promote the best HR practices of companies and projects that had the result for business and had a positive impact on the reputation and image of the company as an employer. Representatives of leading national and foreign companies presented their best HR case studies and took part in the annual ceremony.
Datagroup HR team received an «HR-brand Ukraine-2018” award for the 2nd place in the most prestigious nomination - «Ukraine» for our "Datalab: we are attracting by giving opportunities" project. Nomination took into account the scale of the project.
“We believed in the success of the project and set ambitious goal – to involve 80% of the target audience to the use of remote training and development before the end of 2018. An important task for us was to create the environment where our staff gladly visit Datalab portal. We shaped the user's need to learn, grow, and interact. And we did it - we reached the goal: in ten months since the start of the project 100% of the target audience, which is almost 1,300 employees, use the portal. During the month more than 700 employees (it is one-third of the company) uses Datalab resourses”, – says Irina Kalinichenko, head of training and development of Department personnel work in “Datagroup”. A Solemn ceremony was organized by HeadHunter Ukraine - a provider of integrated HR solutions, and Smart-Holding.
