Datagroup has implemented a project to build a single corporate network for the national network of SUNOIL gas stations. Currently, the network's gas stations are represented in Kyiv, Sumy, Odesa, Zakarpattia, Dnipropetrovsk, Khmelnytsky, Mykolaiv, Kherson and Kharkiv regions of Ukraine. As part of the project, Datagroup technical specialists connected 124 SUNOIL gas stations to high-quality high-speed Internet during three months.
"For Datagroup, this is not the first project to connect more than a hundred Internet access points in the regions of Ukraine using various technologies: terrestrial channels, radio and satellite. It is important for the client that all services come from one source with high standards. We are talking about Internet access in any part of the country, a single level of SLA and guarantees of rapid response to faults, as well as their prompt elimination. We are really proud to be the № 1 company in Ukraine that can implement projects of this level and complexity. And this is a real reason for pride, because it will be difficult to find another company that is able to implement projects in such time and under such conditions,” – commented Iryna Blyzniuk, Director of Corporate Sales at Datagroup.
“We always strive to provide our customers not only with quality fuel at an affordable price, but also with a high level of service, so that each of them feels comfortable on the road at our gas stations. The national network of gas stations SUNOIL has established itself well in the economy segment and confidently maintains its position. At the end of April, we also launched a large-scale network rebranding project, as we strive to bring the entire network to a single high standard of service and make every effort to provide customers with impeccable service. We chose Datagroup as a telecom partner as quality communication, continuous access to services and efficiency in project implementation are important to us,” – comments Lyudmyla Tybolchuk, Marketing Director of LLC "TH "SUN OIL".
Datagroup implements such projects due to its wide fiber-optic coverage throughout Ukraine. In this case, we covered all the costs of building the network. Turnkey Internet access from one company is a question not only of convenience from the point of view of management, but also reliability and economy. Previously, the client had various providers with non-guaranteed SLAs, which directly affected the operational activities of the gas station network,” – adds Iryna Blyzniuk.
