national Commission exercising the state regulation of communications and Informatization (NCCIR), extended to the National telecommunications operator "Datagroup" the validity of licenses for the use of HRD of Ukraine, namely for the right to use radachlorine in the range of 1.4 GHz. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Commission from 15.12.2015 year.
within 5 years extended the term of the license Datagroup for broadband wireless access networks (radio communication system using noise-like signals) on the territory of Luhansk, Poltava, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kherson, Khmelnytsky, Volyn, Transcarpathian, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kirovohrad, Rivne, Ternopil, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Chernivtsi regions and Sevastopol.
In 2015 world radio Congress (WRC-15) this range is declared as potential for development of the LTE standard in the member countries of the International telecommunication Union (ITU), including Ukraine.
today, LTE (Long Term Evolution) communication standard of the fourth generation 4G is considered the most perspective direction of development of the networks. The introduction of LTE will increase efficiency, reduce costs, expand and improve services that are already provided, and to integrate with existing protocols. LTE technology can offer more advanced technical capabilities to provide multimedia services. From a technical point of view, the main difference between the networks of the fourth generation from the third is that 4G technology is entirely based on the protocols of packet data, while the 3G combines both packet switching and circuit switching.
