On September 20, DATAGROUP, one of the country's largest telecom companies, presented an updated visual style and logo at a ceremony in Unit City, reflecting reliability, convenience and the latest products and solutions - the main advantages of the company.
At the same time, the top managers of DATAGROUP told the guests about the development and achievements of the company in recent years, shared achievements and plans for the future.
DATAGROUP CEO - Mykhailo Shelemba, spoke about the company's plans, as well as social projects and the company's contribution to victory. In particular, he emphasized that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, DATAGROUP has transferred over UAH 320 million in aid to the Armed Forces and Ukraine.
"For a long time, our company has held a leading position in the segments of business services. DATAGROUP is a reliable and convenient partner with its own network of about 35,000 km in Ukraine and abroad. Recently, we invested 700 million in the modernization and energy independence of the network, increasing its bandwidth 10 times. Technical Director - Andriy Val, explained why DATAGROUP uses the word "reliability" in its slogan, and also shared the details of the implementation of the network modernization project. In particular, he emphasized that in recent years the capacity of the network in key areas has been increased to 10 Tbit/s. All key routes, both in Ukraine and abroad, were reserved by at least two or three channels, which made it possible to significantly increase the network's fault tolerance. More than 500 million hryvnias were invested in the project only at the first stage, which made it possible to install the most modern equipment from the world's leading manufacturers on the network. At the same time, the company invested over UAH 70 million in the energy independence of the network, preparing it for possible blackouts.
In addition, Andriy Val outlined the main advantages of DATAGROUP as a reliable provider of electronic communication services: the company has a unique optical trunk network with ring technology, diversified routes and UP-STREAMS, modernized IP-Core and MPLS-networks, own peerings with the largest content generators in Ukraine and the world (Facebook, Google, Amazon, Wargaming, Netflix)

The director of the corporate sales department - Iryna Bliznyuk, spoke about the convenience of cooperation with DATAGROUP for clients. This was facilitated by the opening of a new super modern data center (data processing center) in Kyiv, as well as the Eurocloud service in Germany, which correspond to the highest level of TIER IV protection. At the same time, the company also provides TIER II+ and III data center services. All such objects have optical links of high reliability, proven protection against blackouts and are located in buildings with increased structural safety. The company also offers a number of cloud solutions from partners (Microsoft Azure, Akamai, etc.).
The next topic covered by Boris was satellite communication from DATAGROUP. Today, DATAGROUP is the only satellite communications operator in Ukraine that has the appropriate license and certified equipment. Currently, these services are used by about 10,000 subscribers. DATAGROUP has its own hub and Network Management Center with 24/7 support, its own installation teams, provides services for the organization of PD channels (data transmission), provides a pool of static, "white" IP addresses and IP subnets, as well as the ability to optimize VoIP transmission and Video over the network.
Boris also shared his successes in organizing the work of one of the largest outsourcing contact centers in Ukraine and B2B telephony services in general.
