"Datagroup", the national telecommunications operator, entered to the top thirty of the best employers of Ukraine in 2014 according to the project "Capital 500. Best Employers of Ukraine".
Together with the fixed operator "Datagroup" "Kyivstar", "Astelit" and "MTS Ukraine" are included to the top 30 mobile operators.
The rating was made on the basis of questionnaires that were filled by candidate companies, estimates of the expert council and of the survey of students of three Kyiv universities. The maximum number of points in such tripartite assessment is 100. "Datagroup" was estimated with 64,6 points, and Microsoft Ukraine has the rating of 75,6 points.

The following criteria were used as the parameters for assessment: attractive salary and social package, career opportunities, a pleasant working atmosphere, guarantee of long-term employment, the balance between work and personal life, the success of the company, interesting functionality, the possibility to be trained, strong management, application of socially responsible company policy.
