In order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, Datagroup's management is introducing a special quarantine regime until April 3. All necessary measures have been taken to enable certain categories of employees to work remotely, part-time or on a flexible schedule. At the same time, the services are provided to company clients as usual, and the uninterrupted operation of all services is being ensured.
“Until April 3, our company will operate in quarantine mode. We have intensified our hygiene measures and implemented a special plan of actions to prevent the spread of coronavirus. All company offices are equipped with antiseptics, informational and methodological materials, instructions and infographics. Datagroup daily informs its staff on the recommendations of WHO and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on the latest measures to prevent coronavirus disease. The safety of our colleagues and customers is our top priority. The employees of the company keep on effective business communication with clients and partners using cloud-based Microsoft (Office 365) services for internal tasks. At the same time, we continue to provide reliable and uninterrupted operation of our customer service and technical support systems in accordance with the Emergency Plan. We are ready for possible escalation of the situation and take all measures necessary to ensure stable communication for our customers, even in the case of quarantine prolongation or more stringent measures introduction. Taking care of the health of our clients, partners and colleagues, we ask you to stay home and to fix all requests remotely – exclusively via online services and telephone communication. Our contact center operates normally, and corporate client support specialists are always ready to process your telephone requests”, - said Mykhailo Shelemba, Datagroup CEO.
