In connection with the destabilization of the energy system of Ukraine as a result of missile attacks by the Russian Federation, there are long-term emergency power outages of infrastructure objects and technical means of electronic communications, as well as structures of electronic communication networks, including the data centers of PraT "Datagroup", which are located in Addresses: m. Kyiv, str. The Brodski families 31/33 and st. Kryvonosa 27.
In order to prevent the suspension of the provision of services, namely the service of placing equipment (Colocation Services) at the technical site of the Operator (data center), Prat "Datagroup" takes additional measures to ensure the stable operation of data centers in the absence of a stationary power supply by using additional sources of uninterrupted power supply (diesel generator). , which leads to the need to compensate for these costs by users of data center services.
Given that today the diesel generator is used daily to ensure the uninterrupted provision of data center services, starting from December 2022 we are forced to slightly revise the terms of providing data center services, in connection with which data center service bills will additionally include compensation for such costs.
