The DVL (Datagroup-Volia-lifecell) Group of Companies continues to strengthen its management team and announces a number of key personnel appointments in the joint structure of the companies.
Alp Agkatash has been appointed Group Director of Information and Communication Technologies. He started his career at Turkcell in 1997 as a Billing Systems Support Engineer. Subsequently, he held senior positions at Kuzey Kibris Turkcell and the Belarusian division of Turkcell – BeST. Since 2015, Alp has headed the Directorate of Technological Operations at Kuzey Kibris Turkcell, and for the last 7 years, he has headed the Directorate of Information and Communication Technologies at lifecell. He graduated from the Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU).
Andrii Osipov has been appointed Director for Corporate Regulatory and Legal Relations of the DVL Group of Companies. He has significant professional expertise gained while working in such international companies as Coca-Cola HBC, Metro Cash & Carry Ukraine, Oriflame, and Avon Cosmetics. He joined lifecell in June 2014, where he headed the Directorate for Corporate Regulatory and Legal Relations since February 2023. Andrii is a member of the Bar Council of Kyiv and a graduate of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In 2022, he received an ICA international certificate in the field of compliance. Among his numerous achievements are the inclusion in the ranking of the 20 best corporate lawyers in Ukraine (2020), recognition in The Legal 500 GC Powerlist Europe (2017), as well as recognition as the Best Head of the Legal Department of Ukraine (2015).
Andrii Okseniuk has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the DVL Group of Companies. Andrii joined lifecell after 10 years of a successful career at Ciklum, where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he worked at Deloitte for more than 11 years, leaving the company in the position of Director of Consulting. Andrii has over 20 years of expertise in financial management, financial consulting, and transformation of business models in telecommunications, IT, media, agro-industry, retail, and manufacturing. He received an economic education at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and is a current member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Anna Adom has been appointed Group Business Support Director. Anna has a many-year expertise in HR and organizational changes, having worked for Ferrexpo, ArcelorMittal Termitau, DTEK, and Corum Group. Her strategic vision has contributed to the sustainable development of HR strategies in various organizations. Anna received higher education in the field of sociology of institutes and processes, as well as professional education at the INSEAD business school under the Blue Ocean Strategy program.
Artem Haharin has been appointed Procurement and Supply Director of the DVL Group. He has 20 years of expertise in procurement and supply, working in the public sector, energy, and industry. Artem joined Datagroup-Volia in 2016 where he successfully managed the relevant direction. He received two higher educations (at NTU KPI and ISU), professional education at CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) and is a certified procurement specialist.
Vitalii Sydorenkov was appointed to the position of Group Corporate Security Director. He joined Datagroup-Volia in 2021, and from 2023, headed the companies’ security department. His expertise covers jurisprudence, physical and information security. Vitalii is a graduate of Luhansk State University of Internal Affairs named after E. O. Didorenko and a practicing lawyer of the Bar Council of Kyiv Region.
