We would like to inform you that as a result of hostilities in Kherson and Melitopol from 31.05.2022, the opportunity to provide services to subscribers was lost. Unfortunately, we do not currently have access to the company's equipment and networks.
According to this situation, pursuant to paragraph 71 of the Rules for the provision and receipt of telecommunications services, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 11.04.2012 № 295 (hereinafter - the Rules), for the period of temporary suspension of services will not charge subscription / package fee. in case of accrual, recalculation will be performed.
We believe in Ukrainian Kherson and Melitopol and hope that in the near future we will be able to resume services.
