We would like to inform you that as of July 1, 2023, “DATAGROUP” PJSC is changing the existing tariffs (tariff plans) for Internet access services for subscribers who are legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, representatives of medium and small businesses, budgetary organizations and individuals in accordance with Art. 106 and 110 of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Communications”, paragraph 4 point 38, paragraph 7 point 39, point 59 of the Rules for Provision and Receipt of Telecommunication Services, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 295 dated 04.11.2012, as well as similar norms stipulated by the contract on the provision of telecommunication/electronic communication services.
For “DATAGROUP” PJSC, tariff revision is a forced step. To date, the large-scale war with the Russian aggressor has significantly worsened the economic situation in Ukraine, which could not leave the cost of providing Internet access services and communication channels of the Electronic Communication Service Provider unaffected.
Since the quality of the services we provide to each client is of utmost importance to us, we have decided to change the existing and introduce new service tariffs. This decision is economically justified, as in order for you to always have access to stable and fast Internet, we are constantly improving our equipment, the cost of which is persistently increasing due to the unstable situation in the country and the increase in the exchange rate compared to last year. In addition, the cost of electronic communication services depends on the constant increase in prices for renting premises, the increase in tariffs for communal services, for instance, the increase in tariffs for electricity.
Overall, the provision of this type of service requires constant capital investment for the maintenance and repair of equipment and electronic communication networks to provide reliable communication in this difficult time for Ukraine, both the population and state bodies along with military units, and therefore a significant part of the company's profit goes to the above-mentioned expenses.
At the same time, we should note that if you do not agree to receive services at the new rate, you can change the tariff plan, or refuse to receive services and terminate the contract by notifying “DATAGROUP” PJSC of your decision in writing within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of this notice, but no later than 30.06.2023.
Thank you in advance for understanding the situation and accepting the new terms of our cooperation. The tariff increase will allow us to maintain the appropriate level of service quality and ensure the reliability of the services provided by “DATAGROUP” PJSC.
