ZAO “Datagroup” (hereinafter - the company) pursuant to article 29 of the law of Ukraine «On the audit of the financial statements and audit activities”, announces a competition for selection of sub'objects of auditing with the purpose of assignment to provide services with the obligatory'the statutory audit of the financial statements of the company.
Tasks – mandatory'the statutory audit of financial statements of PJSC “Datagroup” for the period from 01 January 2018 to 31 December 2018.
the deadline for submission of bids – 03 April, 2019 23:59.
Criteria for selection of an auditing company to provide services mandatory'the statutory audit of the financial statements of the company are:
- high security quality providing services for the provision of the audit of the financial statements of the enterprise that is of public interest;
- compliance with the requirements established by the Law of Ukraine «On the audit of the financial statements and audit activities”;
- the cost of audit services.
To participate in the competition must submit the following documents:
1. The questionnaire, which stated:
- the name of the audit firm, the identification code of the legal entity, address, contact information (phone, e-mail, web-site address), name of a contact person;
- short historical help audit firm;
- ownership structure of audit firms, which contains a list of participants, including first name, last name’I, patronymic (if available) country of citizenship, name, country residence location;
- information about the number of employees of the audit firm, (to work is no less than p’five auditors total number factory of skilled workers, which are involved in the implementation of the tasks at least 10 people, at least two people have to confirm qualification in accordance with article 19 of the law of Ukraine«On the audit of the financial statements and audit activities” or to have valid certificates (diplomas) professional associations supporting a high level of knowledge of international financial reporting standards);
- information regarding the qualified personnel of the audit firm (name and number of certificates);

- a description of the experience of the audit firm.
2. Form-proposal to conduct mandatory’statutory audit of financial statements of entities of public interest.
3. a Document which contains information about registration in the relevant section of the Register of auditors and the sub’conduct audit activities of the sub’of conducting audit activities.
4. copy of a valid Certificate of verification of the quality system;
5. a Copy of an extract from the Unified state register of legal entities, individuals-entrepreneurs and community groups;
6. an Informational message about the confirmation that the amount of remuneration sub’perform audit activities for the previous annual reporting period from each of the businesses of public interest that provide services on mandatory’statutory audit of the financial statements for this period, does not exceed 15 percent of the total income from the provision of audit services;
7. an Informational message about the confirmation of the absence in the sub’conduct audit activities limitations defined in article 27 of the law of Ukraine «On the audit of the financial statements and audit activities”;
8. an Informational message about the confirmation of the absence in the sub’conduct audit activities restrictions, floor’connected with duration of the services to the company, which is in the public interest.
9. a Copy of the contract of insurance of civil liability of the sub’conduct audit activities to third parties, performing the obligation ' mandatory audit of the financial statements (indicating the relevant information in the Register of auditors and the sub’management of the audit activities concerning the conclusion of the Contract).
10. a Draft agreement on the provision of services with mandatory'the statutory audit of the financial statements.
In competition part sub’objects of auditing activities, which are:
1) meet the requirements of the Law of Ukraine «On the audit of the financial statements and auditing” from 21.12.2017 No. 2258-VIII of Auditors, which provide services with mandatory’statutory audit of financial statements of entities of public interest;
2) is included in the relevant section of the Registry auditors and entities’objects of auditing;
3) in the previous annual reporting period, the total remuneration of each enterprises of public interest, which had been provided at the mandatory's mandatory audit of the financial statements during this period did not exceed 15 percent of the total income from the provision of audit services.
Not allowed to participate in the competition, the Auditors who have not passed an external review of the quality system and do not have a valid certificate of conformity of quality control system on the date of announcement of the competition. In the case of receiving bids from the sub’objects that offer will not be accepted.

a document received after the deadline or not submitted in fully or in violation of the conditions will not be considered.
