In 2015, HR brand Ukraine the country's most prestigious award given to the most successful projects in the field of HR management, celebrated its 5th anniversary. HR Brand Award is the only Ukrainian independent HR projects competition, which involves all the business sectors. HeadHunter published special book “HR branding in Ukraine. Theory and practice” in honour of the anniversary.
The first Ukrainian edition contains the main concepts, milestones and tools of HR branding, general trends of work with an employer brand in Ukraine, and the overview of the projects of the best companies that have achieved success in the Ukrainian environment.
The Datagroup project called “I am the profession. I am the company. I am the country. I am the personality” has been highly praised by experts and represented to readers as one of the best practical cases of HR branding in Ukraine. The main goal of the project is to develop the corporate culture of recognition of personnel achievements, create an environment to motivate professional and personal achievements of each employee regardless of his/her position. The achievement recognition program is a long-term large-scale project that involves all employees. It consists of separate projects that were created in different periods of times, lasting from one to three months. At present, the program is on a regular basis; it is replenished with new initiatives every day.
In the December issue of practical magazine “Human Resources Manager”, the Director of the HR Department, Elena Vysotskaya, gave the details about the main stages of the project: “The team of leading managers, who developed the special entrepreneurial spirit, has headed Datagroup company since its establishment. At present, about 10% of employees have been working with us for over 10 years. They, who joined the company in the period of its establishment, have grown up with it and have made the company better and stronger day after day. They all are excellent specialists, and we are proud to call them our “golden foundation.”
