From September 16, 2024, Serhii Tereshchuk was appointed to the position of Technical Director of the DVL Group of Companies – the united platform of Datagroup, Volia, and lifecell.
Serhii has more than 20 years of international expertise in developing strategic business interests of companies in the telecommunications sector, successfully conducting and implementing projects in difficult market conditions in Europe and Central Asia, managing global and local teams, and conducting commercial and technical negotiations with customers at various levels.
Prior to his appointment, Serhii Tereshchuk held the position of General Director and Regional Manager of Ericsson in Ukraine, Armenia, and Georgia for two years. Was responsible for Ericsson’s operational processes in three countries, business development strategies, and building relationships with government agencies and key partners.
From 2014 to 2022, he worked as the Technical Director of Ericsson Ukraine and Central Asia and was responsible for the strategy of technology promotion, development of operator networks, and implementation of the company key projects. In the period from 2005 to 2014, Serhii Tereshchuk was the technical manager of the lifecell project at Ericsson Ukraine and implemented a technical and commercial strategy for the development of cooperation with the company. From 2003 to 2005, Serhii worked as a project manager at ZTE Ukraine, where he planned and coordinated certification projects, working with partners. Since 2000, he began his professional career as the head of the satellite network operation department at UkrSat.

Serhii Tereshchuk graduated from the Kyiv National University of Civil Aviation and also completed a Program for Managers in Improving the Customer Experience at the London Business School in 2023.
