The companies of the DVL Group, which includes the leading operators of mobile connection, fixed Internet, and digital services Datagroup, Volia, and lifecell, have joined the National Cashback initiative. This means that the Ukrainians who use the services of these companies will be able to use the cashbacks accumulated under the program* to pay for their services.
The state program of national cashback is a unique tool to encourage Ukrainians to actively use the services of domestic companies participating in it and support the country’s economy. The National Cashback program allows you to receive 10% of the cashback from the funds spent, which can later be used for subsequent purchases or payment for services. In general, up to 3 thousand UAH of cashback per month can be withdrawn in this way.
What does this mean for customers?
Now, when paying for mobile communication, Internet services, or digital television, Ukrainians will be able to use the accumulated cashbacks and partially or fully cover the cost of these services. This innovation makes it possible to make payment for companies’ telecom services even more accessible to their subscribers. In order to take advantage of this offer, when paying for lifecell, Datagroup, or Volia online services, it is necessary to select the National Cashback card in one of the payment services of the service provider, previously opened in one of the participating banks. One can use funds for lifecell, Datagroup, or Volia services, which will be credited to the National Cashback bank card in 2024, until January 31, 2025.
How to join the National Cashback Program?
- Open the Diia app and go to the National Cashback tab.
- Identify and connect to the National Cashback program your bank card (or cards) from which you will make purchases.
- Select the National Cashback virtual card and assign it to credit the cashback in the Diia mobile application.
- Accumulate cashback and view the virtual card balance in the Services tab of the Diia mobile application.
- Use the funds accumulated on the National Cashback virtual card for online payment for lifecell, Datagroup, or Volia services.
